3 D Frog Pattern

Anyone know where I might be able to find a 3 D Frog Pattern? A Family member had one that was a key chain and she lost it and has asked me to make her a new one. Any help would be wonderful. Doesn't have to be a freebie, I am totally willing to buy the pattern.
