Viridi

Virid was a suitable name for this necklace thou it means green in Latin. I fell in love with the color and pattern of this stone and wanted to make this lovely necklace of it. I like robust necklace like this and hangs very nicely around your neck. The strap is made with bead crochet using black seed beads size 9/0. The stone is surrounded by hematite colored beads in a bead embroidery.

Thank you all for the nice comments. The stone is lovely, I think is't some kind of colored jasper. But I'm not sure, if anyone knows what kind it could be please let me know.
