I can see that the combination came from the cab....beautiful. I like the sheen of the pearls against the gloss of the cabochon. The combination is very subtle and classy.

- Beadweaving with seed beads, peyote, right angle weave, herringbone, netting

- I also enjoy working with wire sometimes and doing more advanced stringing projects.
- About Me:
- I love to travel and see and learn about other cultures. I've done quite a bit of this as my husband of 42 years is retired military. We lived in Germany for three years and were able to travel to quite a few of the European countries. We've lived all over the US, including Hawaii, which was gorgeous! Every place we have lived I have learned a new artistic skill or at least improved an existing one. I've tried just about all the crafts known. I find I love painting and beading the most. Now that I'm beading, there isn't enough time for any thing else.
When not beading, I love Reading and playing with my grandkids.

Trish said… - Hello Betty, Thank you for your comments. Your work is fabulous. The colour combinations are sublime. The one thing I like about the embroidery is you can always unpick it and start again. Wirework always get the best of me, I think it is one aspect of beading where I need to do a workshop, just have to find one.
