Combining pearls with silver and semi-precious stones - mostly necklaces

Working on learning some wire-work and chain-maille to complement the basic bead stringing and mix things up a bit.
About Me:
Professionally, I'm a lawyer, but my love has always been with the arts. Law is just a job. I've been taking high-quality photographs since I was 17 years old and got my first Canon SLR. I've been playing the piano and singing for longer than I remember, writing poetry and tales of long ago almost as long, and at varous times have done historic costume design, painting, calligraphy and dramatic story-telling. My current passion is jewelery-making (I won't call it "beading", that sounds like a kiddy-craft) and I display my work, both photographs and hand-made silver semi-precious stone and crystal necklaces, bracelets and earrings in several small art galleries in the Midwest. I tried selling on e-bay, but their fees were ridiculous.
My dream would be to meet with a client and design a piece for them that would both look beautiful, and balance their energies through choice of proper stones, colors and harmonies. I'll offer that service to anyone who cares to contact me. You can see some of my work on ArtFire under Greyfeather Designs http://www.artfire.com/modules.php?name=Shop&seller_id=154, or at my blog, listed below.
Thirty-two of my pieces have been accepted for display/sale at the Grace Chosy Gallery on Monroe Street in Madison, Wisconsin. Wow! They took 8 pieces last fall, the first time I approached them, and between October and May, 6 of them sold. Now, I may even get my own display case!
Experienced! A much better word than the "o" word. I'm a hobbyist, so "beading" works for me. Your designs have passed that designation looooong ago! I admire your use of asymmetry. I would love for you to identify more of the stones you have used in your pieces.
