- What is your favorite beading activity?
- seed bead embroidery with micro-beads
- Other beading activities you enjoy or want to learn about?
- I love wirewrapping cabochons, coming up with my won designs combining stiches in one piece, maybe even discovering techniques I think of as I am creating a piece. Seed beads are my passion and have been for 25yrs. I am a collector of antique micro seed beads size 18 and 20's though I don't have as much time to work with them anymore.
- About Me:
- I am a single mom, a student, working part-time. I have a store on Etsy named Blazinbeads. I have been beading for about 28yrs. I have been selling my beadwork at my local farmers market for 11 yrs. now and I have a great community which supports small artists here. I would love to be able to make a living with my passion for beadwork, but it just hasn't worked out that way for me.
