Chain Maille
About Me:
In 2003 I started making chain maille. Soon I began to incorporate glass beads, pearls and gemstones in or with my chains, and in 2005 I invested in a little kiln to create fused glass jewellery.
I didn't have a proper workplace for a while, and the glass making slowed down. However, in October 2007 my wonderful husband built me a studio, which I love, and I was ready to get serious :-)
Last April I met a few talented lampwork artists, and a new passion was born - making glass beads.
Nice to here from you, you make very pretty beads. I know my husbands last name of "Haviland" is English, and my maiden last name is french. Now I know it also comes from "Norwegian", pretty cool. Nice to know you. Debbie
