OMGoodness

Well, things are just exploding everywhere here lately!! We had a "meet and greet" at the store(Bipolar) on the 10th of this month. It was really awesome!! I got to sign the cards on some of my Jewelry and was given the job of designing and making the paintball jewelry. Then on Thursday(15th) the manager of the store called and told me that I was chosen along with another consigner to be with her and the owner on a local TV program to be recorded on Monday and shown in November sometime. This is… Continue

More Hairsticks

Well, as you can see I have more alien themed hairsticks made. The other things were made as I was waiting for the sticks to dry completely so I could put them on the display cards. I will tell you tho, that was not what I was going to do with some of the focal beads. LOL Oh well, I just go where I am lead!!

Took in Jewelry Today

Well, I took my jewelry in today for them to decide what we would put in store first and guess what?? They took ALL of it. And to top it off they want me to make more variations on the Aliens Hairsticks to be taken down to Roswell, New Mexico for possible direct sales to stores down there!!! These would not be on consignment but total profit to me!! They have some other "alien" related things that are going down and they want mine also!! This is just getting bigger and better!!

I GOT IT!!!!

Praise God!!! I got it!!! They want my products in their store!!!! It was so awesome when I started taking my display trays out and they all wanted to touch and ooo and aaahh over everything!! The main store owner was busy in the back but when her husband took her my Alien Hairsticks, she came over to look at everything. They told me that they love that my stuff is so diversified with so many colors and styles!! This is so awesome and I am so excited!!!!

Hey Kim, my goodness, what a page you have. I am MOST IMPRESSED with your use of colour. How exciting to know others enjoy using colour to heighten feelings of joy and love, peace and excitement. You certainly have a gift for your craft. I don't come on line every day but as often as I can get here I do. I actually work in the largest trauma/teaching hospital in Western Australia - I've spent most of my life working in medicine - it's a wonder I ever kept up with my beading which I started when I was eight years old...I still have my first necklace I ever made...I'm seriously thinking of putting on showcase to invite comments from my friends...without sounding conceited, I think it was pretty good for an eight year old (in those days). Finding time to make lovely art words eludes me in recent times, but I'm hanging in there in the hope I'll take off again and have something to show my online friends. Thanks for your invitation to be friends, I happily accept - and wish you all good things. Till next time, Lynette Rose Brown, Western Australia.

Thanks for your advice. I don't have any head pins but I make some. What do you do if you want tons of dangles out the bottom?
