Trying to Figure It Out

I'm signed up for a collaboration with a jewelry artist for the ISGB's Convergence program. We're to make lampwork beads that show either the Four Elements, (earth, air, fire & water), or any combination/one of them, and give those beads to our partner to design and make jewelry out of.

This is hard. When there are four to a theme, how do you balance it so it looks right? I think there needs to be a focal and an uneven number.
